My Other Place is home to customizable car condos to keep your vehicle out of the sun and rain. Starting at 700 square feet, these fully enclosed units are home to cars, boats, RVs, and anything else that is treasured. These units can be upgraded to suit personal taste and style.

Strand Commercial & Strand Professional Park

Both the Strand Commercial Association and Professional Park are part of the 600-acre master planned community at The Strand in North Naples. The 50-acre award winning commercial area includes 65,000 sq/ft of retail and 75,000 sq/ft of professional offices anchored by Publix Supermarkets, Bank of America, Fifth Third Bank, and McDonalds. The Association maintains its own entry features/signage, fountains, and elaborate landscape maintenance along Strand Boulevard and Tavilla Circle.
