Lely

The Lely CDD is located in South Naples. Lely includes 1750 acres and 9,150 approved residential units. Combined with the adjacent communities to the north, the combined service area includes over 3,000 acres, 850 acres of natural preserve and 850,000 s/f of commercial property. Lely was developed by Stock Development in 1990.

Pelican Marsh

The Pelican Marsh CDD is located in North Naples. Pelican Marsh, which includes Tiburon (600 acres), is Naples largest community at 2,075 acres and is the home of the Ritz Carlton’s Golf Resort. Created in 1994 by WCI Communities, Pelican Marsh consists of two golf courses, 3125 residential units, 250,000 s/f of commercial space, and 145 hotel rooms.

Pelican Bay Services Division

The Pelican Bay Services Division is a municipal services taxing and benefit unit of Collier County government. Created in 1990, Pelican Bay includes over 2 miles of Gulf front property, is home to the Ritz Carlton and Naples Grand hotels, the Waterside shops and over 7,000 homes.

Heritage Greens Community Development District

Heritage Greens Community Development District located in Naples, Florida is a local, special purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes, as amended, and created by ordinance of Collier County as an alternative method of planning, acquiring, operating and maintaining community-wide improvements in planned communities.

Port of the Islands Community Improvement District

Port of the Islands Community Improvement District is a waterfront resort community located in the Everglades of Florida, east of Marco Island. Authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes and established in 1986, Port of the Islands has grown steadily, consisting of a hotel, 174 slip marina, 156 single family lots, 644 multifamily units, and undeveloped property.
