Neil and Sherri Dorrill started DMG in 1999 as Naples’ only community management company experienced in all major community types. Our unique philosophy can be summarized in 3 areas.

We’re locally owned and family operated. As small business owners, we understand what it takes to succeed in this market- Service and Trust. Increasingly our clients choose not to deal with a large management company based in Tampa, Orlando, or Ft. Lauderdale. Instead, they trust local professionals who work face to face to get the job done.
Passionate service that’s truly different. Our company was founded on the biblical principles of honesty and integrity. Our Christian faith and business principles are not hidden away out-of-site, but are an extension of who we are and how we live everyday.
Nationally recognized quality with value based fees and charges. Our founder previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of Collier County and gained experience in some of Florida’s most recognized cities (Sarasota, Lakeland, and Longboat Key). Our approach to fees is simple. We charge a competitive base fee and direct charges for reimbursables without markup.
